Since Jonas Pro Cycling entered the topdivsion the main goal has been to win the ranking. But the last couple of season the dream has driftet longer and longer away. The competators are becoming too good and it could seem like the training- and experience focused teams has the edge, as the game dýnamics is at the moment. We foresee that the fight for topspot will be a Norwegian menage à trois for many seasons to come, maybe with a little visit frem a Belgian lover.
Halfways in the season the board decided to change the setup and focus mainly on palamares until the game dynamics changes again. Instead of buying captains aiming for top 9's it was decided to get one of the big canons for the palamares. And therfore Armando Silveira was brought in.
It was as Gale Reason already knew this in early season, making the first podium in Twedaagse in teamhistory. Midseason Silveria followed up by winning YC in Essex. And then in late season Reason took his second Astana title, Silveira won SC in Germany and finally Vinian Lasalle won the biggest title in team history - ITT WC. In those 28 days the team made the total team palamares go up by 50%. This is making season the most succesful in teamhistory. Only season 24 can measure itself with the same kind of succes, where Hitchens won his two jerseys same season in Castillos and Germany.
This season we finally cut out our hilling team, selling Vatne to the same team that lid our lust for hilling in the first place by selling Tomkins to us. We wish Vatne good luck together with California Mist. A thanks goes to Yuri Superteam for training and selling our new World champion, Vibian Lasalle, to us.
We are looking forward to season 37 where we will push hard to try and add to our palamares once again.

Manisaspor that won't happen. I don't like the idea of dropping down on purpose. Maximum NL if i find myself around 10-15th spot in midseason. But for now I aim for top5 with mainfocus on palamares. :)
Thanks Stredet. Yes it is probably the best start of the season I have ever had. Though with three injuries in the last foru races it doesn't look so good the next week with Roubaix Classic and Twedaagse. I think 4000 points is possible with current lineup and a few leadout changes, going 5000 points I need to add another branch. And good luck to you too.
Even lower :)
Silveira is a 2000-point guy, and with 3800 points already you are not far away from 5000 points with a decent season from Silveira. But yeah, it's difficult to compete in top 3 without a decent climbing team. Good luck this season, you got a great start!
Thanks. Do you mean drop down for NL GC?
Good luck, I hope you don't aim GC and drop down.
